Refined Virtual Solutions is a freelance virtual assistance business built to serve YOU. Attention to detail, effective communication, and proactive productivity is how I believe best to build strong relationships with my clients. Your main responsibility is to focus on facing forward in order to grow your business by investing time working with your chosen clients. Let me do the assisting, so you aren't the assistant. You can work with a real person, virtually, to provide the back-side business assistance that you need in order to make that happen. $1050 per month


30 hours of virtual assistance

Tier Three Package

$2100 per month


60 hours of virtual assistance

Tier Two Package

$1400 per month


40 hours of virtual assistance


All services included

*Additional hours will be charged at $45 per hour or you may choose to upgrade to the next package tier.

Packages are charged as an upfront monthly retainer and billed upfront monthly thereafter - hours expire at the end of 30 days.

After growing up in Michigan, I decided to live somewhere that was a bit more sunny. I was drawn to the southeast and have never regretted the move. After leaving my nine-to-fives in the legal and then education sectors, I now look forward daily to the freedom of setting my own goals and schedule by working virtually. Having fully developed an international student program at a private high school, worked in Advancement with donor and admissions databases, created systems within law offices, along with having developed numerous other skills in both an employed and volunteer capacity; it is my mission to help business owners resolve the "not enough time in the day" tasks.


My co-workers have always viewed me as the detail oriented, organized

person with the answers. I look forward to being the woman of integrity and

go-to person for YOUR business needs.

  • During the call, we will chat about your business needs and get to know each other a bit to see if we are a good match
  • After the initial call and we decide we are a good match, your onboarding information will be emailed to you including a contract and retainer payment information
  • When the contract has been signed, returned, and the retainer is paid, we will work together to communicate your first specific tasks, gather the necessary documents, passwords, and other information and I will get to work
